mmmmmmm...dead cow

  1. I would be interested in your treatment of this dead cow prior to grilling. We use a variety of stuff, including balsamic, etc. Always looking for new ideas.

  2. This became the Asian (Agent?) Orange glaze treatment. Check the subsequent posts.
    The Orange marmalade and rice wine vinegar creates an awesome salty/sweet sensation if that's what you crave.
